What is your new role at LS&Co.?
Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Officer — the goal for my role is to strategically lead efforts to create a more diverse and equitable company and culture.
What attracted you to LS&Co.?

What are the biggest challenges you and your team face?
Leveraging the energy and momentum of this time to drive real, measurable and sustainable change. Not trying to boil the ocean, while still meeting stakeholder needs and managing their expectations. Differentiating LS&Co. as a dynamic career destination that truly values and grows diverse talent and has a culture of belonging — at a time when all our competitors and peers are seeking to do to the same. We are in a war for talent that just got much more intense.
