Editor’s note: The following feature was first published on the Levi’s® brand blog.

Spring marks the return of ‘80s-inspired acid wash, the streaked denim made popular by an entire decade of pop stars and punks. This season, we’re updating the wash and applying it to our favorite fits, including skinnies, Trucker Jackets and denim dresses.

Ready to try it out (again)? Here’s a look at a few of our favorite acid wash styles for men and women.

The Dress

Delfina Dress. This straight-fit cotton dress features snap closures, a spread collar and was made using our Water<Less®  finishing techniques, which uses less water than traditional processes.[/one_half_last]

The Shorts

511 Slim Cut-Off Shorts. Sits just below the waist with a slim fit from hip to knee. Another plus? This style was also made using our Water<Less® finishing techniques.

Fact: Levi’s® was among the first denim brands to experiment with new washes, one of them being acid wash. To get that signature marbled look, we wash denim with bleach-soaked stones.[/one_half]

The Jeans
