When you buy something made in China, chances are it was made where I live, in the Pearl River Delta, one of the fastest growing regions in the world.
The Delta is made up of Hong Kong, Macao and nine municipalities in the Guangdong Province of Mainland China. It’s a major manufacturing base for garments and textiles, electronics, toys, and much more. In fact, there’s so much manufacturing here, the Pearl River Delta is sometimes called “the world’s workshop.”

Dear Dockers,
Thank you for reinvigorating my belief in khakis (or is it chinos?). I’ve been on the prowl for non-jean pants recently, and the pair of “Slim Tapered Khaki – Pleated in Wood Chip” I just purchased are fitting the bill quite nicely. The taper is a playful throwback to my 90’s upbringing, the pleats a nice “(expletive deleted) you” to all my flat front pants. And in general, the finishes (lining, zipper, etc.) are of a quality I didn’t necessarily expect of Dockers, no offense.

You know our product – particularly Levi’s® and Dockers® – but we’re betting there’s a lot about Levi Strauss & Co. you don’t know.
