Executive Vice President & President, Levi Strauss U.S. & Canada
Marc Rosen is executive vice president and president of Levi Strauss U.S. & Canada. He is responsible for leading the company’s largest commercial operations, spanning all brands and channels across the United States and Canada. In addition to these responsibilities he leads the company’s Digital Enterprise Office. In this capacity, Marc works with technology, business, data and artificial intelligence leaders across the company to set the company’s enterprise-wide digital agenda. He’s also a member of the company’s executive leadership team, which guides the strategic direction for Levi Strauss & Co.
Marc previously served as executive vice president and president of Levi Strauss & Co.’s Direct-to-Consumer business, responsible for the company’s global ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail businesses, which include approximately 3,000 brand-dedicated stores and shop-in-shops, as well as ecommerce sites dedicated to the Levi’s® and Dockers® brands. Under his leadership, the company’s direct-to-consumer business has achieved 15 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth and is now a $2 billion business.
Marc brings more than 20 years of retail and ecommerce leadership to the role, most recently as senior vice president of global ecommerce at Walmart Inc., where he was responsible for designing, building, operating and expanding Walmart’s ecommerce platforms globally. He also held senior leadership positions for Walmart’s information systems and international business unit and at Ernst & Young.
Marc is currently a member of the board of directors of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 11,200 Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, SONIC Drive-In and Jimmy John’s restaurants worldwide. He holds a degree from University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
