On the court, he’s known as a point guard who constantly attacks the basket. Off it, Russell Westbrook makes style points. Like it or not, his approach to fashion makes a statement.
We like it.
Former NBA star Walt “Clyde” Frazier has long turned a few heads himself with his off-court dress. So it makes sense that the Levi’s® brand and ESPN would pair the two to talk style points.
I think most folks will like the way Westbrook wears his Levi’s® 501s® in Mineral Red. Reaction may be mixed to Frazier’s cow suit.
Oh, if that’s not enough, there’s the obligatory “behind-the-scenes” video:

I really like the bright orange color of the mineral red jeans. I also purchased a couple of pairs of 501 shrink to fit jeans in yellow and some other Levi's in bright colors. Now that I have 501 shrink to fit Levi's in yellow, red and white would be great colors for 501 shrink to fit jeans. I purchase some black Levi's with white stitching that really look great. Contrast stitching is a great idea.
Editor's note: Hi Bruce. Thanks for your comment. Yes, I also have a pair of the Mineral Red 501s® -- my first pair of red (orange, you say?) pants ever, I think, and they're great. If you like the colors, check out the Dockers® Alpha Khaki line. They have a fit similar to that of blue jeans and come in a variety of colors.
