At LS&Co., we value diversity and empower our employees through dynamic Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These global communities offer valuable networking, development and engagement opportunities that foster growth and leadership. Acting as multicultural advisors, our ERGs strengthen our business and brands. 

Aligned with our Global DE&I strategy, ERGs play a vital role in building a welcoming employee experience, deepening our understanding of various cultures and creating a workspace where everyone feels acknowledged, valued and appreciated. 

 

A.B.L.E.


Team A.B.L.E (Adapting Beyond Limits & Expectations) will create a community through education, innovation and advocacy, where families, allies and people with special needs feel safe and included. We seek to welcome and enhance the lives of those in our ERG community. #adaptinlevis

AMAzing Rivet

AMAzing Rivet will work to advance women's rights and foster a strong community that drives awareness, conversation and action around women's needs for those within and beyond LS&Co.

BeYou Alliance — Greater China & East Asia Pacific

Our newest ERG! Connecting members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community within Greater China and East Asia Pacific to create an inclusive workplace, raise awareness and promote the development and advancement of LBGTQ+ employees.

C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E. (Connection, FAmily, SuppoRt, VillagE) strives to create community among current and prospective parents. While our priorities will be based on the membership needs, we plan to come together for education, sharing, mentorship and events. We have recently expanded our charter to include employees who are caring for aging parents.

Inside Out — Americas

Connecting members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community within the Americas to nurture an inclusive workplace culture, raise awareness and promote the development and advancement of LGBTQ+ employees.

Operation 501

Operation 501 is a global ERG made up of veterans, current and former service members, military family members and allies who seek to uplift, celebrate and support our military community around the world.

Project Onyx

Project Onyx is a group dedicated to cultivating, strengthening and sustaining positive relationships between LS&Co.'s Black employees and the broader company. They strive to build an engaging and empowering organization with efforts behind recruiting, professional development, networking, cultural events and social gatherings.

Rivet Europe

Rivet Europe's mission is to support and celebrate those who identify as Women in LSE in achieving equality at every stage of their career. We will do this by raising awareness of the challenges women face, celebrating successes and providing education through a safe space and open door for all in our community.

Rivet U.S.

Rivet U.S. is the LS&Co. Women’s ERG. As the Women’s ERG, we believe it’s critical to utilize our platform to advance women’s rights and to foster a strong, supportive community that drives conversations around women’s needs for those at, and outside of, LS&Co. Rivet is an ERG that speaks on intersectional issues that impact women across all races, ethnicities, religions, gender identities and sexual orientations.

Sawubona

Influence and support LS&Co. in driving improved equity, representation and cultural awareness towards Black and African employees in Europe. Reclaim and reshape the narrative — for and with people.

SOL

SOL is dedicated to building an authentic and supportive community within LS&Co. to promote cultural diversity and inclusion through professional development and visibility of our members.

Unlabeled — Europe & SAMEA

Connecting members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community within Europe & SAMEA to nurture an inclusive workplace culture, raise awareness and promote the development and advancement of LGBTQ employees.

Unwind

Unwind seeks to provide a safe space for employees to come together and learn how we can all take better care of our emotional and mental health. Through establishing a community to talk about issues of mental health, we strive to make LS&Co. a place where every employee is aware of LS&Co resources, not intimidated away from seeking care by stigma and supported in achieving their own personal well-being inside and outside of the workplace.

Uplift

A rising tide lifts all boats. Together, our ERG aims to amplify Asian voices and uplift the many cultures that make up the Asian diaspora as one community.

V.O.I.C.E.

V.O.I.C.E. (Voice of Immigrants Committed to Equity) brings together employees who identify as being part of the Immigrant community. The group aims to provide a multifaceted access to immigration resources, education and philanthropy. Our main goal is to build resilience and strengthen the immigrant narrative to drive social change.

Our global ERG community expanded in 2023 with the launch of a new chapter of Rivet in Latin America (LATAM). 

“We could not be more excited to have an official Women’s ERG in this region for LS&Co. Latinas are strong — we are brave, fearless, passionate — and a little bit loud, too! It’s amazing to have a voice, to be heard, to keep going in a society where women are more vulnerable due to the social and political environment,” said Adriana Flores, LATAM Rivet executive sponsor. “We heard from the women in our cluster that they want a safe space to speak up without judgment, to have a voice, to collaborate, mentor one another and celebrate each other’s victories, both professionally and personally. I am excited to see what we can achieve together and with our allies.”     

We are proud of our ERGs and the leaders who continue to raise the standard for a culture of belonging, and we look forward to the continued growth and success of our ERG communities.
