Join us in exploring the moments from across our history that helped shape our present-day commitment to inclusion and belonging. 

We’re pleased to report that we’ve made significant progress toward increasing our representation of executive women and diverse individuals at all levels of the organization.

Here are some highlights from our 2023 Impact Report:

82%

inclusion score for 2023. Our first of several initiatives to cultivate a culture of inclusion and belonging included the launch of our second annual Inclusion Pulse Survey. Our inclusion score was 82%, reflecting the incredible bond our employees have with our culture and our values.

57%

of our global workforce participated in #ThePledge2023, which focused on psychological safety this year. #ThePledge2023 continued our collective commitment to action and helped us learn and define how we’ll do more to bring inclusion to life at LS&Co., such as through targeted training efforts from our retail stores to our C-Suite.

56.8%

of our global workforce is made up of women. Women continue to form the majority of our workforce, and we've seen an increase in their representation at our executive and top management levels.

16%

increase in our employee resource group (ERG) communities, including welcoming a new women’s ERG in Latin America. Our ERGs continue to be true champions of DE&I, celebrating differences, inviting belonging and giving employees a platform to share their perspectives with one another.

7.7%

increase in Black representation on our executive leadership team.

While we’re pleased with our progress, we must ensure continued growth through a culture of belonging and a rewarding global employee experience. With each step, we are collectively creating a stronger LS&Co. for the future.
