Today, integrated stakeholder communications and reputation intelligence firm Penta announced that Levi Strauss & Co. Chief Communications Officer Kelly McGinnis has been appointed to its board of directors.

Kelly brings proven experience leading global communications, government affairs and community affairs. Her purpose‑driven leadership has helped guide LS&Co. through periods of transformation, strengthening its reputation and cultural relevance, and will continue to inform Penta’s growth and mission.
Kelly joins the board effective January 27, 2026.
