For the second consecutive year, Levi Strauss & Co. has been recognized as one of India’s Top 10 Great Places to Work in Retail. This is a joint ranking conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute and the Retailers Association of India.
More than 40 companies — including large domestic and multinational retailers and single-brand companies in categories such as footwear, food, ecommerce, apparel and big-box retailers — participated in the retail category. This year was particularly exciting as the company climbed two rungs, from No. 10 to No. 8. The ranking is based on employee surveys, as well as a commitment to providing programs, services and benefits that help employees excel professionally.
