Why Work Here?

To hear her tell it, Jamila enjoys her job at Levi Strauss & Co. not only because she likes what she does, but also because she has the opportunity to work with such a great team.

On top of that, her values are aligned with the company's -- particularly when it comes to giving back to the community through volunteering. Jamila is a volunteer mentor to a middle school student, whom she meets with weekly.
