Wear the Pants. Help a Kid.

If you’re doing some holiday shopping today, here’s a great way to make your dollars do more: For every pair of khakis purchased, Dockers® will donate a pair to Boys Hope Girls Hope.

Shame on me for not alerting you earlier to this great offer, but I just found out about it myself.

Boys Hope Girls Hope is a non-profit, residential program with locations in the U.S., Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru.

What do they do? In their words...

"By providing children with arms-around care, safe homes and environments, a first-class education, opportunities to learn more about themselves and the world, and academic, financial, and spiritual support through college, Boys Hope Girls Hope empowers children to realize the potential that is within them."

Now, to help, you have to act quickly – as in before midnight tonight (11:59 p.m. PST, actually).

Another bonus. Today only, Dockers is offering 40% off on orders over $100 – and free shipping.

So…save some money on holiday shopping – whether you're shopping for yourself or others – and, at the same time, help out a kid who could use a break.

What better way to spend – and spend money on – Black Friday?

By the way, the Levi’s folks are also offering the same 40%-off deal today.

So, shoppers, get crackin’!
