Our friends over at Goodwill® are launching a fun photo contest that could land you a nice Levi’s® wardrobe.
All you need is a camera, an item you want to donate, and a sticker with Goodwill’s new Donate Movement icon.
Mark the item you want to donate with the Donate Movement icon (find them here). Shoot a picture, and, then, share it with Goodwill on their Flickr page or by email.
When you submit your picture, be sure to provide some basic information about your item, why you plan to donate it, and what it means to you to donate to Goodwill.
The goal of the contest is to encourage folks to donate conscientiously and responsibly – and make a positive impact on both their communities and the environment.
One catch – only items accepted by your local Goodwill are eligible. You’ll find the full rules here.
So, what’s in it for you? First prize is a $400 Levi’s® brand prize pack, plus the winning photo will end up on Goodwill’s websites, in its magazine and on store posters. You’ll also receive a Donate Movement T-shirt, so you can show your Goodwill pride, and a copy of Frank Fontana's book, Dirty Little Secrets of Design. Five honorable mention winners will each receive a $100 Levi’s gift card and a Donate Movement T-shirt.
Now just might be the perfect time to scout your home for some “donateable” stuff someone else can use and, perhaps, score yourself some new Levi’s jeans!
