Skate Dockers®

As a Dockers® menswear designer, it makes sense to me to see how our clothes respond to the real world – even if that world includes a skateboard and some tricks.

So I convinced a few friends to join me in putting the Dockers® Alpha Khaki to the test on the streets of San Francisco.

The Alpha is a hybrid-sort of design, coupling the best elements of jeans with the more refined characteristics of khaki. What you end up with is a jean’s durability, rugged construction and slim fit – with the slightly more polished effect of a khaki.

Check out the video. As you’ll see, the Alpha Khaki passed our test with flying, grinding colors.

Hello Friends at Levis The other day I was watching a guy as he kept pulling up his Levis Jeans; NO they were not around his but, but just a little big like he may have lost a few pounds. I have dress pants that I have put buttons on to support a pair of Suspenders or as sometimes called Braces, and looked up a site on the computer to find a pair that would look great on my Levis 501 Jeans. Then I thought how nice it would be to have Authentic Levis Copper Buttons attached to my Levis 501's to accommodate the Suspenders since I wear my Levis for Dress with a sport Coat, and how nice that would look. Great Idea? Talk Soon.

Editor's note: Hi David, and thanks for your suggestion. I have to believe that the tailors we have at some of ours stores get requests to add such suspender/brace buttons to consumer's jeans. And I believe some of our products actually have such buttons "built in."
