The Month of Respect

If your home is a relatively calm and stress-free place, consider yourself fortunate. And then consider this: 15.5 million children in the United States alone are growing up in homes where they witness or, worse yet, experience abuse.

15.5 million. Children.

At Dockers,® we want to do something about relationship abuse. Who wouldn’t? And you can help.

We’ve joined forces with the RESPECT! Campaign and its program called “Coaching Boys Into Men.” The ‘Coaching’ program works to ensure boys have strong support and guidance to grow into thoughtful and respectful men.

It’s all part of Futures Without Violence.

Dockers® has provided a $25,000 donation to RESPECT!, and the two worked together to produce a video about the program. The video honors the positive impact that moms, dads, coaches and other influential mentors have in helping young people form healthy relationships and develop into responsible adults.

Watch the video below. And join us during “The Month of Respect” – between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – by taking the RESPECT! Pledge here.
