Hooray for Hollywood...and Levi'® Jeans!
If you work for Levi’s® – or even if you don’t – it’s more than likely that you’ve noticed our jeans on some of Hollywood’s most fashionable stars.
Whether watching your favorite TV shows or checking out the newest box office smash, you'll see 'em.
There’s simply no denying that creative people, ranging from rugged A-list actors to style-savvy starlets, look fantastic in Levi’s® jeans!
Working in our Los Angeles Showroom, I support the entertainment industry’s leading costume designers, stylists, and wardrobe teams to outfit Hollywood’s familiar faces in the latest and greatest Levi’s® products. From helping shape a character’s look to providing that perfect pair of jeans to complete a style sensibility, the Levi’s® brand is Hollywood’s go-to denim brand.
Last month, we told you how Sofia Coppola wanted her latest leading man, actor Stephen Dorff, in Levi’s® jeans – 501®, 505®, Trucker Jackets and Chambray Work Shirts, to be exact – for her film “Somewhere.”
I recently had the chance to explore the role of Levi’s® jeans in television and film with Lawrence Zarian on TV Guide Network’s style show “The Fashion Team.” Check out the video here .
The next time you head to the movies or turn on the TV, keep your eyes peeled for that classic Levi’s® red tab – more than likely, you’ll spot it!

We were watching a DVD of the Beverly Hillbilies last night. The young lady who plays Ellie May is clearly wearing a pair of Levi 501's. In the scene where she flips the young banker who tries to shake hands you can see not only the red tab, but the distinctive button fly. The video quality is that good !! Gary

I caught an encor showing of e movie Practical Magic over he weekend. The movie prominately showed Sandra Bullock in her red tab Levi's. The appeared to be 501's. Nice !!

Did any Levi's tv watchers catch "Yhe Voice" last night? Two of the singers were shown wearing Levi jackets with prominent bright red tabs. -g-

I'm a constant Levi's spotter in movies, on TV, in commercials or ianywhere people are moving. I think that movies are an influence on everyone to some degree. If people see an actor in Levi's, that's what they tend to buy when they are looking for jeans. Nothing looks better than a lady in her Levi's.
