“I’m a jeans and tee-shirt kind of guy.”
Imran Kahn is also a star, very familiar to audiences in India. He’s known for his television programs and movies.
And for his design collaborations.
Imran has now unveiled his second collaboration with our Denizen® brand in India.
“The Imran Khan Collection” is a co-created range of denim, tees and shirts for men, influenced by Imran’s personal style and sense of fashion – fun and casual.
To launch the line and spread the news, Imran and the Denizen® India team hosted a blogger event in Mumbai. Some of India’s most prominent fashion bloggers attended – each receiving an invite personally autographed by the Bollywood star.
At the event, Imran talked about how the line reflects his personality and preferences. An example? Imran says he likes to keep track of fun factsabout his surroundings, and he shares these with his friends using a phrase "Did you know?" The range of tees carries this line.
Red is Imran's favorite color. So red is a highlight color for the tops, a button on the shirts and rivet on the coin pocket. And he loves his clothes to have an authentic and natural feel, so a special vintage wash is given to the tees to give them a buttery touch.
Imran's words buttery touch for those on hand at the event, as they gave him quite a bit of attention on their blogs -- including here, here and here.
