Amazon.com visitors voted with their wallets – and their hearts – this holiday season. And when it came to clothing, Levi’s® jeans were nearest and dearest to both.
Amazon.com is the largest e-commerce retailer in the world. Every year, it shares what holiday shoppers at “Earth’s Biggest Selection” purchased and wished for most.
At the top of the list of Best Selling Clothing Products of 2011: Levi’s® Men’s 501® Jean. In fact, according to CNNMoney, if folded and stacked, the number of jeans Amazon sold would make 2,500 Statue-of-Liberty-sized piles!
Levi's® Men's 501s® also were at the top of Amazon.com's Most Wished For Clothing Products of 2011.
The jeans are in good company. Number 1 in Books was Walter Isaacson’s biography, Steve Jobs. The top-selling CD was “21” by Adele. And in Electronics, it was the Kindle Fire tablet.
