Varun Bhatia is Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Levi Strauss & Co.

In his role, Bhatia is responsible for the company’s leadership and talent development, focused on developing global infrastructures and programs that make Levi Strauss & Co. a great place to work and have a long-term career. In his position, Bhatia is a member of the company’s worldwide leadership team, which sets the global direction for LS&Co.

Bhatia is a seasoned HR executive with more than 25 years of experience at several consumer goods companies known for their leadership and talent development, including Kraft Foods, Gillette and Procter & Gamble. Throughout his various HR positions, he has transformed organizations by developing and implementing robust systems to support the needs of the business and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining LS&Co., Bhatia served as Vice President of Human Resources of the Asia Pacific division at Kraft Foods.

Bhatia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur.
