As Executive Vice President and President for Asia Pacific, Roy Bagattini is responsible for the overall strategy for the region as well as the development and growth of the company throughout Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He also is a member of the company’s worldwide leadership team, an executive forum that sets the global corporate strategic direction.

Bagattini has an extensive track record of delivering business results in senior leadership roles across Asia, Europe and USA for consumer goods and beverage companies. In addition to leading numerous large scale merger and acquisition projects, he has also spearheaded the turn-around of several companies and successfully driven the growth and expansion of various businesses, particularly in emerging markets.

His combination of strategic and operational expertise, as well as his deep understanding of the emerging markets particularly in Asia and Africa, makes him a strong addition to the leadership team at Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.)

Prior to joining LS&Co. in June 2013, Bagattini most recently held the position of senior vice president for Asia and Africa at Carlsberg, one of the world’s leading brewing and beverage companies.

Bagattini holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
