Where can I purchase Levi Strauss Signature® products?
In the United States, Levi Strauss Signature® products are currently sold in-store at Kmart, Meijer, Pamida, ShopKo, Target and Wal-Mart. Products are also available online in the United States at walmart.com, target.com and kmart.com. Not all products are available at all stores or sites; please check our Web site for details. Outside the United States, LSS is sold at Carrefour in France, ASDA-WalMart in the United Kingdom, Migros in Switzerland, Wal-Mart in Germany, Big W and Lowes in Austrailia, and Aeon in Japan.

Do you have a product guarantee?
Our guarantee states: "Full warranty. You have purchased superior quality jeans that come with a full warranty. If this garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal wear (excluding stains), please contact us. This full warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state."

What if I have a quality problem?
Levi Strauss Signature® is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you feel you have a defective garment, please follow the directions below.
Returning to store. For the timeliest resolution, we recommend that you first attempt to return the product to the store where it was originally purchased.
Returning to Levi Strauss & Co. If for some reason you are unable to return the garment to the store where it was purchased, in the United States you can send the garment directly to our Consumer Returns Department for inspection. Please print out our Consumer Information Form and include it in your package. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print the form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, please click here to download.
If you cannot print the Consumer Information Form, please follow the instructions below:
- Make sure the garment is washed.
- Do not mark the garment with pins, staples, tape or ink.
- Put it in a mailing package of any type along with a letter detailing why you feel the garment is defective. This information is important for us to accurately process your return.
- Make sure to include your name, complete mailing address and a phone number on the letter. If your mailing address is a P.O. Box, you must also include a valid street address.
- Send the item via U.S. Postal Service to LS&CO. Consumer Returns, 501 Executive Airport Drive, Henderson, NV 89052. We recommend you insure the package.
Once we receive your garment, it will be inspected, and a determination will be made. The whole process takes 4-6 weeks, from the time we receive your garment.

No, we currently do not produce a catalog. However, Levi Strauss Signature® products are available in the United States through several of our online retail partners. Please visit our U.S. online partner sites to see our assortment of available products for purchase.
