The New Account Inquiry Form will give you an opportunity to provide us with some key information about your company. This is a pre-screening to see if your company meets our preliminary criteria for continuing the new account application process. We will notify you of our decision within 30 days.

Levi Strauss & Co. is not accepting inquiries from exporters, jobbers, wholesalers or liquidators.
This form is valid only for inquiries from U.S. retailers for retail sales to U.S. consumers. LS&CO. products may not be exported from the United States.
