The Jerry O’Shea Story

Inspired by Levi Strauss & Co.'s history of philanthropy — dating back to Levi Strauss himself — Jerry O’Shea and his wife Claire invested $100,000 of their own money to establish the Red Tab Foundation.

Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief for U.S. Employees and Retirees

RTF provided small cash grants to approximately 40 percent of the company's Canton, Miss., employees, many of whom took in families who lost their homes.

Philippines Eyeglasses Assistance Program

RTF worked with human resources partners at the LS&CO. Philippines facility to design a unique program for their sewing plant workers that provided 151 employees and 47 retirees with brand new eyeglasses.
